Please complete the Fellowship and Award Request form to request an award or a fellowship for a SSHA graduate student.
This form must be completed by a UC Merced faculty member. If completed by a non-UC Merced faculty member, processing may be delayed or cancelled.
Deadlines to submit completed Graduate Student Fellowships and Awards to Graduate Funding for processing:
Fall 2024 - November 27, 2024
Spring 2025 - May 5, 2025
Summer 2025 - April 8, 2025
- Any form submitted for a term after the term’s final deadline must include an exception request for the Graduate Dean to review and approve or deny.
- Passing the summer deadline will delay an award from disbursing on time; usually by the second week of June. Please review the refund process.
- Awards submitted to the Graduate Division after the fiscal close deadline will not reflect within the current fiscal year and will be charged against the next fiscal year funds.
